Cancellation Policy:

If booking an initial consultation, you will be asked to pay a deposit which is relative to the service you are booking for. The balance will be paid in store.

 

You may cancel your appointment with us free of charge up to 24 hours before your specific time slot, if cancelling after this timeframe, you will be charged 50% of the service price due to late cancellation. If you fail to attend your appointment altogether, 100% of the service price will be charged to you. A payment link will be sent to you for the service fee and you will not be allowed to rebook until this is paid.

 

Our appointments are subject to availability, we therefore ask that you attend 5 minutes before your specific time slot. If you turn up more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your appointment and full payment for that appointment will be required from you. 

 

Amendments to your bookings can be done through your account on our website up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any messages to us via phone or social media after the cancellation period of 24 hours will not be accepted as we cannot guarantee we can action your request in time. 

During your cryotherapy session you may wish to leave the chamber before the recommended 3 minutes are over. That is perfectly fine as you are in control of your session and you do not have to stay in for those 3 minutes. However, in this event, you will still be charged the full amount for your session due to the liquid nitrogen used to pre-cool the chamber and during your session.
